  • Since tea was discovered and used by mankind till now, the key effect is its health care. Prof. Lin Qianliang concluded the curative effects of tea as following aspects, namely: Help less sleep, tranquilize the nerves, brighten eyes, fresh brain, quench thirst, promote the body fluid, clear heat, relieve summer heat, expel the poison, promote digestion, keep fat off, break wind, eliminating dampness, relax the bowels, dispel phlegm, expel pathogenic wind from body surface, consolidate the teeth, cure the heartache, cure furunculosis and paralysis, relieve hunger, benefit physical strength, prolong life and others. Scientific research shows that in addition to effects similar to above, the modern research has confirmed that Pu’er Tea still has the following aspects of noticeable curative effects:
    茶自被人类发现利用延续至今,最关键的就是它具有诸多保健功效。林乾良教授将茶的疗效归纳为以下几个方面,即:少睡,安神,明目,清头目,止渴生津,清热,消暑,解毒,消食,去肥腻,下气,利水,通便,去痰,祛风解表,坚齿,治心痛,疗疮治痿,疗饥,益气力,延年益寿及其他。科学研究表明,普洱茶除了和其他茶类一样具有以上功能外,现代研究证实在以下几个方面疗效更为突出:
    1. Decrease the blood fat, lose weight, decline blood pressure and resist arteriosclerosis. Dr. Amill Carroby, St. Anthony Medical College of Paris, French used Yunnan Pu’er Tuo tea to do clinical trial and proved that: “Yunnan Pu’er Tea has a good effect to reduce content of lipoid and cholesterol”. Kunming Medical College of China also observed 55 clinical trials to use Yunnan Pu’er Tuo tea to cure the high blood fat diseases and compare them with 31 cases used clofibrate which has a good effect to incline fat. The result shows that the curative effect of Pu’er Tea is higher than clofibrate. Long lasting drinkers of Pu’er Tea can reduce cholesterol and glycerin fat. So long drinking of Pu’er Tea can have the effect of curative the obesity. Drinking of Pu’er tea can cause physiological effect in stretching human being’s blood vessel, descending blood pressure and slowering the rhythm of the heart, etc. So it has a good curative function to high blood pressure and the brain arteriosclerosis.

    、降脂、减肥、降压、抗动脉硬化。法国巴黎圣安东尼医学院临床教学主任艾米尔·卡罗比医生用云南普洱沱茶临床试验证明:云南普洱茶对减少类脂化含物、胆固醇含量有良好效果。中国昆明医学院也对云南普洱沱茶治疗高脂血病作了55例临床试验,并与降脂效果较好的药物安妥明治疗的31例对比,普洱茶的疗效高于安妥明。长期饮用普洱茶能使胆固醇及甘油脂减少,所以长期饮用普洱茶有治疗肥胖症的功用。饮用普洱茶能引起人的血管舒张、血压下降、心率减慢和脑部血流量减少等生理效应,所以对高血压和脑动脉硬化患者有良好治疗作用。
    2. Prevent and resist cancer. Professor Liang Mingda and Hu Meiying studied anti-cancer function of Pu’er Tea by cell culturing and electronic microscopic methods for more than ten years. They found that Pu’er Tea has a strong function in killing the cancer cells, even centesimal density of the ordinary persons very obvious. Drinking Pu’er Tea can prevent cancer.

    、防癌、抗癌。梁明达、胡美英教授用细胞培养及电子显微镜方法,对普洱茶的抗癌作用进行了十多年的研究,发现普洱茶杀癌细胞的作用最为强烈,甚至常人喝茶百分之一的浓度即有明显作用。饮普洱茶能防癌。

    、健牙护齿。普洱茶中含有许多生理活性成分,具有杀菌消毒的作用,湖南医科大学曹进教授用普洱健齿茶进行抑制变形球菌附着能力试验,发现普洱健齿茶具有抗菌斑形成的作用,浓度为1%时效果最佳。
    5. Eliminate inflammations, disinfect bacterium and cure diarrhea. The medical research and clinical studies proved that Yunnan Pu’er Tea have the effect to resist bacterium. Dense tea ten times a day can cure the bacterial dysentery, which is directly related to Yunnan big leaf species tea containing abundant tea polyphenol.

The vitamin C increases doubly, which has an important effect to improve the human being’s immune system and preserve health, strengthen body and prolong longevity.

    、抗衰老。茶叶中儿茶素类化含物具有抗衰老的作用,云南大叶种茶所含儿茶素,总量高于其他茶树品种,抗衰老作用优于其他茶类。同时,普洱茶在加工过程中,大分子多糖类物质转化成了大量新的可溶性单糖和寡糖,维生素C成倍增加,这些物质对提高人体免疫系统的功能发挥着重要作用,起到了养生健体、延年益寿的功效。
